MEAL Coordinator

About the Role

The role leads the monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning function for DCA’s programmes in Gambella, ensuring robust data systems, quality reporting and stakeholder engagement across humanitarian projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of MEAL systems
• Ensure quality data collection, analysis, and reporting
• Coordinate monitoring visits, baseline studies, surveys, and evaluations
• Manage accountability mechanisms and AAP processes
• Provide technical guidance to project staff on MEAL practices
• Support proposal development and indicator formulation
• Represent DCA in coordination forums and stakeholder meetings
