About the Role

Finance & Administration Officer responsible for accounting, HR, admin, fleet management, budgeting, financial reporting, compliance, and staff relations at DCA's South Omo field office.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage accounting, HR, admin and fleet functions at the field office
  • Draft budgets, review project budgets and provide technical support
  • Ensure compliance with DCA policy, Ethiopian laws and donor requirements
  • Handle monthly BVA preparation and quarterly financial reports
  • Maintain fixed asset register, inventory control and vehicle movement records
  • Follow up on audit findings and manage lease/contract agreements
  • Act as in-country focal point for staff relations and HR complaints
