About the Role

The Community Development Facilitator supports the implementation of DCA’s e-FFV program by engaging beneficiaries, managing voucher operations, conducting training and awareness sessions, collecting data, and coordinating with vendors and partners to ensure transparent and effective service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, register and verify beneficiaries for e-FFV program
  • Provide orientation on voucher usage and financial literacy
  • Conduct and monitor smart card distributions
  • Lead weekly GBV awareness sessions and manage referrals
  • Support data collection for monitoring and accountability
  • Document and report community activities in coordination with IT/MEAL teams
  • Engage vendors, community leaders and complaint focal points
  • Handle complaints and feedback
  • Perform bi-weekly market assessments
  • Coordinate vendor review meetings
