The Community Development Facilitator supports the implementation of DCA’s e-FFV program by engaging beneficiaries, managing voucher operations, conducting training and awareness sessions, collecting data, and coordinating with vendors and partners to ensure transparent and effective service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Identify, target, register and verify beneficiaries for e-FFV program
- Provide orientation on voucher usage and financial literacy
- Conduct and monitor smart card distributions
- Lead weekly GBV awareness sessions and manage referrals
- Support data collection for monitoring and accountability
- Document and report community activities in coordination with IT/MEAL teams
- Engage vendors, community leaders and complaint focal points
- Handle complaints and feedback
- Perform bi-weekly market assessments
- Coordinate vendor review meetings
