Responsibilities
- Design and coordinate climate‑smart agricultural activities
- Provide technical guidance to farmers, cooperatives, and value chain actors
- Ensure quality implementation and beneficiary targeting
- Strengthen market linkages and enhance value chains
- Integrate gender‑transformative approaches in all activities
- Monitor crop performance and provide timely advisory services
- Support M&E processes and prepare reports
- Maintain coordination with stakeholders and represent DCA in meetings
