About the Role

An Office Assistant at Dachi Manufacturing PLC will manage day‑to‑day administrative duties, support logistics and customs operations, and maintain accurate records to ensure efficient office functioning.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support for smooth office operations
  • Assist in preparing, organizing, and maintaining office documents and records
  • Support customs clearance, logistics, freight forwarding, and import‑export activities when required
  • Coordinate correspondence, filing systems, and document management processes
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions, shipments, and office activities
  • Coordinate with government offices, suppliers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders
  • Support procurement, inventory, and logistics‑related administrative tasks
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, telephone calls, and official correspondence
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Ensure proper filing and archiving of company documents
