Responsibilities
- Lead HACCP hazard analysis and CCP management
- Maintain and audit food safety manuals, SOPs, and SSOPs
- Oversee quality testing across extrusion, thermoforming, and offset printing lines
- Manage calibration and instrumentation programs
- Drive non‑conformance reporting and CAPA processes
- Coordinate external GFSI audits and regulatory inspections
- Supervise QC inspectors and deliver training modules
- Cultivate a decentralized food safety culture on the plant floor
