About the Role

The Director of Operations (Dos) serves as the principal deputy to the Executive Director/CEO, overseeing all operational departments to ensure effective program implementation, resource mobilization, and organizational governance within CCRDA.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate all operational departments
  • Develop and manage programs, MEAL processes, advocacy, and communications
  • Drive resource mobilization and donor relations
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, procurement, and compliance
  • Manage human resources functions including recruitment, training, and performance reviews
  • Represent CCRDA at national and international meetings
