The Director of Operations (Dos) serves as the principal deputy to the Executive Director/CEO, overseeing all operational departments to ensure effective program implementation, resource mobilization, and organizational governance within CCRDA.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all operational departments
- Develop and manage programs, MEAL processes, advocacy, and communications
- Drive resource mobilization and donor relations
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, procurement, and compliance
- Manage human resources functions including recruitment, training, and performance reviews
- Represent CCRDA at national and international meetings
