About the Role

The Finance Manager leads financial management, reporting, and controls for the organization, overseeing month‑end processing, treasury functions, budgeting, and audit support while supervising finance staff in Addis Ababa.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and reporting systems
• Supervise and develop finance staff
• Coordinate month‑end processes and reconciliations
• Oversee treasury activities and cash forecasting
• Process disbursements and manage cash flow
• Support annual budgeting and revisions
• Ensure compliance with donor requirements and audits
• Provide partnership accounting support
• Maintain financial documentation and controls
