Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing of web, mobile, and back-office applications
- Create, maintain, and execute test cases, scenarios, and plans
- Identify, document, and track software defects and issues
- Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing
- Collaborate with Developers, Product Owners, and Operations teams to improve product quality
- Review requirements and provide quality feedback before implementation
- Test new features, system updates, and integrations before deployment
- Prepare test reports and communicate testing results
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
- Ensure applications meet functional, usability, and performance requirements
