Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for web, mobile, and back-office systems
- Investigate and resolve customer account and transaction issues
- Monitor platform performance and identify system problems
- Troubleshoot application, network, and integration-related problems
- Support payment gateway integrations and incidents
- Assist with KYC verification and account management
- Document, track, and escalate technical issues
- Collaborate with Operations, Customer Support, and Development teams
- Participate in system testing and deployment activities
- Maintain technical documentation and incident reports
