About the Role

Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of women’s economic empowerment initiatives in Somali region, coordinating program activities, financial management, stakeholder engagement, and reporting to ensure sustainable impact.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation of economic empowerment programs
• Design, plan, budget, monitor and evaluate projects
• Develop sustainable business models for market growth
• Engage donors and government partners
• Ensure sound financial management and compliance
• Manage cross-functional teams across multiple disciplines
• Plan for long-term sustainability
• Produce high-quality donor and government reports
• Establish effective communication with regional stakeholders and PSI Ethiopia team
• Support proposal development and resource mobilization
