The Training Officer supports the Manager HRD in planning, coordinating, and evaluating training activities, ensuring skill gaps are addressed through tailored programs that align with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Identify and assess training needs through job analysis and performance evaluation
- Propose individual and group training programs aligned with business needs
- Ensure proper utilization of earmarked training budget
- Evaluate impact of trainings on organizational performance
- Assess employee skills to identify improvement areas
- Create curricula for strategic training initiatives
- Select and manage internal staff and external vendors for delivery
- Manage technologies and personnel required for training program development
