The Senior Training Officer supports the Manager HRD in designing, delivering, and evaluating employee training programs to address skill gaps and enhance organizational performance.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, direct, and coordinate HR development and training activities
- Develop strategies, policies, and procedures for staff development aligned with company objectives
- Conduct training needs analysis, design programs, and evaluate impact
- Negotiate with training providers and manage budgets
- Prepare performance reports on training outcomes
