The Performance Management Officer supports the design, execution, and analysis of the company’s performance appraisal and reward systems, ensuring timely completion of appraisal cycles and fostering a culture of continuous feedback.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing periodic performance appraisal plans and reward programs
- Develop performance management strategies, policies, and procedures
- Design and implement the company’s Performance Management System and competency models
- Coordinate appraisal processes across all functional units and branches
- Collect, analyze, and report performance appraisal results
- Communicate appraisal schedules and outcomes to employees
- Address employee requests for re-evaluation and facilitate fair resolution
- Support development of improvement plans, coaching agendas, and training materials
