Responsibilities
- Oversee budget preparation and implementation
- Reconcile trial balances and address audit discrepancies
- Monitor financial situation and identify financing sources
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management
- Ensure compliance with financial policies
- Manage working capital for short- and long-term obligations
- Evaluate product profitability and recommend improvements
- Submit periodic financial reports to stakeholders
- Advise Finance Director on budget matters
