About the Role

The Executive Assistant supports the CEO by managing communications, coordinating administrative tasks, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth execution of directives to advance organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Assist CEO with corporate matters

  • Draft memorandums and circulars
  • Review investment proposals
  • Manage correspondence
  • Compile advisory reports
  • Summarize reports for decision‑making
  • Serve as point of contact for customers

  • Arrange meetings, take minutes
