The EV Charging Station Technician is responsible for ensuring the continuous operation of electric vehicle charging infrastructure, performing maintenance, troubleshooting faults, managing customer interactions, and maintaining comprehensive operational records.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor EV charging stations
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
- Troubleshoot and report charger faults
- Manage daily charging operations and customer support
- Prepare operational reports
- Direct vehicle traffic flow for safety
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures
- Maintain accurate records of sessions and incidents
- Coordinate with utility providers
- Assist customers with charging procedures
