The Branch Manager II leads all operational activities of a branch, ensuring efficient customer service, compliance with company policies, effective resource utilization, and accurate financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, direct, coordinate and control branch operations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies and financial regulations
- Prepare operational plans and annual budget proposals
- Manage customer service delivery and resolve complaints
- Recruit, train and manage outsourced staff such as security guards and cleaners
- Maintain personnel database and administer remuneration and leave management
- Approve financial documents and ensure accurate cash handling
- Prepare regular and special reports to the supervisor
