About the Role

The Branch Manager I oversees all operational activities of a commercial banking branch, ensuring efficient service delivery, compliance with policies, and effective use of resources while managing staff performance and financial transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, direct, coordinate and control branch operations
  • Implement policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
  • Manage resources and budget
  • Deliver customer service and handle complaints
