Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide project management framework design, implementation, and oversight aligned with strategic goals
- Develop, prioritize, and manage IT project portfolio in collaboration with stakeholders
- Ensure alignment of projects with digital transformation initiatives and business growth strategies
- Drive transition to Agile methodologies and promote a culture of adaptability and innovation
- Define governance structures, performance metrics, and success criteria for Agile and hybrid delivery models
- Establish and lead Agile Centers of Excellence and champion Agile training
- Oversee business analysis function for effective stakeholder engagement and accurate requirements gathering
