The Senior HR & GS Officer manages the full talent life-cycle while overseeing administrative services such as fleet logistics, facility upkeep, and asset management to ensure smooth operations at HQ and plant sites.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for HQ and plant staff
- Conduct induction and training programs
- Administer performance appraisals and KPI tracking
- Prepare payroll inputs and manage benefits
- Ensure compliance with Ethiopian Labor Proclamation
- Oversee fleet scheduling, maintenance, and fuel tracking
- Manage facility repairs, cleaning, and utilities
- Procure office supplies and equipment
- Maintain master asset register
- Handle travel bookings, visa processing, and government liaison
