About the Role

The Export Manager directs all aspects of CoffeeNet Trading PLC’s export operations, from strategic sales planning and documentation management to logistics coordination and team leadership, ensuring profitable market expansion and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead global sales expansion and negotiate multi‑year contracts
  • Develop export strategies aligned with company goals
  • Oversee preparation of export documents such as certificates, bills of lading, and invoices
  • Ensure compliance with Ethiopian and international trade regulations
  • Manage relationships with freight forwarders, insurers, and buyers
  • Analyze market performance to generate leads
  • Lead and mentor the export team
  • Control financial instruments like letters of credit
  • Improve internal export processes and resolve bottlenecks
