About the Role

The role involves designing, launching, and building capacity for the Inter-Regional Peacebuilding Initiative by developing curricula, facilitating trainings, establishing cluster governance, and mentoring CSO partners to create peacebuilding projects across Ethiopia.

Responsibilities

Conduct desk review of project documents
Consult with CECOE and hub representatives to ground initiative
Develop IRPI-specific curriculum package
Design and facilitate 2‑day capacity building training and 1‑day launch workshop in Addis Ababa
Facilitate formal setup of three inter-regional clusters and prepare governance notes
Mentor clusters during strategy development and concept note drafting
Ensure conflict-sensitive moderation and inclusive participation
