The role involves designing, launching, and building capacity for the Inter-Regional Peacebuilding Initiative by developing curricula, facilitating trainings, establishing cluster governance, and mentoring CSO partners to create peacebuilding projects across Ethiopia.
Responsibilities
- Conduct desk review of project documents
- Consult with CECOE and hub representatives to ground initiative
- Develop IRPI-specific curriculum package
- Design and facilitate 2‑day capacity building training and 1‑day launch workshop in Addis Ababa
- Facilitate formal setup of three inter-regional clusters and prepare governance notes
- Mentor clusters during strategy development and concept note drafting
- Ensure conflict-sensitive moderation and inclusive participation
