Lead the planning, delivery, and post‑marathon mentoring of a three‑day civic‑education design sprint in Addis Ababa, enabling CSO representatives to develop grant‑ready proposals that address local democratic participation challenges.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and adapt training materials and facilitation tools for a three‑day marathon
- Facilitate participatory design‑thinking sessions with 28 participants in Addis Ababa
- Guide participants through problem definition, ideation, prototyping, pitching, and grant‑application preparation
- Mentor hub teams on refining concept notes, work plans, budgets, and pitch materials
- Compile and deliver a comprehensive final consultancy report to CECOE
