The Program Coordinator will oversee CSRC’s program execution and subgrantee portfolio, ensuring quality delivery, donor compliance, and effective capacity building of partner CSOs.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor program implementation
- Manage subgrant cycle including proposals, agreements, monitoring visits, and capacity building
- Ensure donor compliance and regulatory adherence
- Coordinate logistics for workshops and training events
- Prepare narrative and results reports for donors and management
- Support MEL processes and data documentation
- Maintain subgrant files and audit-ready documentation
- Engage stakeholders such as donors, partners, government offices
