Responsible for managing all financial, administrative, procurement, logistic and HR activities of the PRO.M.ET.EO project in Dire Dawa, ensuring accurate record‑keeping, reporting and compliance with donor and national regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage all financial transactions and record-keeping for the project
- Prepare timely data entry, reporting and documentation of financial activities
- Plan, implement, monitor and report on project financial management
- Lead HR activities at field office level
- Process staff per diem, work advances and travel expense reports
- Ensure compliance with budget approvals and donor regulations
- Submit monthly cash flow projections and financial reports
- Maintain fixed asset and goods registry systems
- Compile and audit financial statements
- Implement procurement processes according to donor policies
- Maintain secure accounting documentation
- Handle tax deductions and settlements
