About the Role

Responsible for managing all financial, administrative, procurement, logistic and HR activities of the PRO.M.ET.EO project in Dire Dawa, ensuring accurate record‑keeping, reporting and compliance with donor and national regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all financial transactions and record-keeping for the project
  • Prepare timely data entry, reporting and documentation of financial activities
  • Plan, implement, monitor and report on project financial management
  • Lead HR activities at field office level
  • Process staff per diem, work advances and travel expense reports
  • Ensure compliance with budget approvals and donor regulations
  • Submit monthly cash flow projections and financial reports
  • Maintain fixed asset and goods registry systems
  • Compile and audit financial statements
  • Implement procurement processes according to donor policies
  • Maintain secure accounting documentation
  • Handle tax deductions and settlements
