About the Role

The Senior Operator manages complex production machinery, ensuring efficient operation, quality control, and safety while training staff and supporting line leadership.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor advanced production machinery and control systems
• Perform machine setups, changeovers, and adjustments
• Conduct in-process quality checks
• Identify and troubleshoot operational issues and perform minor repairs
• Train and mentor junior operators
• Assist the Forman with line leadership and target attainment
• Adhere to safety and environmental regulations
• Maintain accurate production documentation
• Report recurring machine performance issues
• Lead cleaning and preventive maintenance tasks
• Monitor raw material supply
• Propose improvements for machine performance and process efficiency
