Senior Operator responsible for operating advanced production machinery, conducting quality checks, troubleshooting mechanical issues, training junior staff, and ensuring safe and efficient production operations.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor advanced production machinery according to SOPs
- Perform complex machine setups, changeovers, and adjustments for different products
- Prevent defects by conducting in-process quality checks
- Identify and troubleshoot operational and mechanical issues, performing minor repairs
- Train and mentor junior operators on safety and quality procedures
- Assist the foreman in leading the production line and ensuring targets are met
- Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations
- Ensure process traceability and accurate documentation
- Report recurring machine performance issues for root cause analysis
- Lead cleaning and basic preventive maintenance tasks
