The MELKS Officer leads the design, implementation, and reporting of monitoring, evaluation, learning, and knowledge management systems for Children Believe’s programs in Ethiopia, ensuring gender inclusion and evidence-based decision making.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine the ME framework and indicators for country plans
- Monitor data collection and analyze progress to inform gender-inclusive outcomes
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and briefing materials
- Design and implement knowledge management strategies and produce knowledge products
- Support grant proposal development with M&E methodology and logic models
- Coordinate media and communication activities to showcase project impact
