The MELKS Officer will design and manage monitoring, evaluation, learning and knowledge management systems for Children Believe Ethiopia, ensuring gender-inclusive reporting, producing knowledge products, supporting grant proposals and communicating impact to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ME/KM frameworks with gender perspective
- Monitor, analyse and report on strategic plan outcomes
- Produce knowledge products (best practices, case studies, newsletters)
- Provide technical guidance to partners and staff
- Support grant proposal development
- Collect and translate field stories for communication
- Align evidence with media campaigns
- Advise on data-driven decision making
