The Senior Cost & Inventory Accountant will oversee product costing, inventory control, and financial analysis for manufacturing and warehouse operations, ensuring accurate valuation, reporting, and cost‑saving initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze manufacturing and inventory costs
- Prepare product costing and variance analysis reports
- Ensure proper inventory valuation and reconciliation
- Track stock movement, transfers, and warehouse transactions
- Coordinate physical inventory counts and stock audits
- Identify cost‑saving opportunities
- Record raw materials, WIP, and finished goods accurately
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and warehouse teams
- Prepare monthly inventory and cost accounting reports
- Support ERP inventory and costing system implementation/improvements
