Responsibilities
- Work across different departments to gain practical knowledge of company operations
- Learn departmental functions, operational processes, management practices, and company policies
- Observe experienced employees to understand procedures, standards, and best practices
- Support various departments with reporting, data entry, presentations, strategic planning, and customer service activities
- Complete assigned tasks under guidance of department managers
- Set and achieve SMART performance goals established by management
- Prepare progress reports on training activities
- Participate in periodic performance evaluations and feedback sessions
- Apply acquired knowledge to improve departmental performance
