Responsibilities
- Design tailored training materials aligned with CARD’s focus areas
- Deliver three consecutive days of in‑person safeguarding training
- Facilitate interactive group work, case studies, and practical exercises
- Conduct pre‑ and post‑training assessments
- Submit a final report with evaluation findings and recommendations within one week after the training
