About the Role

The Projects Intern supports the Center for Justice’s Head Office team by handling administrative tasks, drafting project documents, assisting with monitoring and evaluation, coordinating events, researching legal matters, and keeping project records organized.

Responsibilities

  • Provide logistical and administrative support to the project management team
  • Draft, edit, and format project proposals, concept notes, and donor reports
  • Participate in monitoring and evaluation activities, including data collection and entry
  • Organize and coordinate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings
  • Conduct legal and policy research to inform project methodologies and advocacy strategies
  • Maintain organized physical and digital project files
