This consultancy invites qualified vendors or individual consultants to supply, configure, and train users on AI document‑analysis and budget‑tracking software. The successful applicant will provide licenses, installation, documentation, and hands‑on training for CBGA and five partner civil society organizations in Addis Ababa.
Responsibilities
- Supply AI document‑analysis software with OCR capabilities
- Provide one enterprise license for CBGA staff
- Provision of five sub‑licenses for partner NGOs
- Configure and install the software solutions
- Develop user documentation and training materials
- Conduct hands‑on training sessions for CBGA staff and partner organizations
- Offer ongoing technical support throughout the project duration
