About the Role

Provide tailored coaching and mentoring to 420 textile, garment, and leather SMEs to enhance production management, quality control, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Deliver one‑to‑one coaching and mentoring to 420 SMEs
Assess current production management and quality practices
Guide practical application of Kaizen, TQM, Lean Manufacturing, and related tools
Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvement actions
Conduct follow‑up visits and progress reviews
Document outcomes and prepare monthly and final reports
