About the Role

The Seed Grant Procurement Officer manages procurement processes for seed grant and sub-grant schemes, ensuring donor compliance, maintaining accurate records, and providing technical guidance to beneficiaries to support effective project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement activities within seed grant and sub-grant schemes
• Review and verify procurement documentation submitted by grantees
• Ensure compliance with donor regulations, organizational policies, and budgets
• Provide technical procurement guidance to grant recipients
• Monitor procurement implementation and identify compliance risks
• Maintain comprehensive procurement records and prepare periodic compliance reports
• Conduct fixed asset inventories with Finance/Accounting team
• Coordinate with Logistics, Finance, and Field Teams for seamless implementation
• Support fleet management and track vehicle utilization
• Facilitate logistics for trainings, workshops, meetings, and project events
• Support procurement planning and tracking to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Participate in monitoring visits, compliance reviews, and audits
