The Field Agent will execute and monitor project activities at the community level, mobilize beneficiaries, collect and report data, coordinate stakeholders, and support logistical arrangements to promote sustainable tourism development in Ethiopia.
Responsibilities
- Implement project activities at community and district levels
- Mobilize beneficiaries and stakeholders for trainings and events
- Collect and verify data using monitoring tools
- Prepare field reports and documentation
- Coordinate with local authorities and partners
- Support logistics and procurement for field visits
- Maintain relationships with community leaders
- Report operational challenges to the Project Manager
