External Auditor Service for CBM BMZ Project

About the Role

Provide independent external audits of the project’s financial statements, ensuring adherence to BMZ guidelines and preparing comprehensive annual and final reports for the CBM Ethiopia Country Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct annual audits for 2026‑2031 and an additional final audit covering the full project period (01.07.2026 – 30.04.2031).
• Prepare separate financial statements for each reporting year and combine years 5 & 6 into a single report with distinct columns.
• Issue audit reports as stipulated in Section 7 of the Terms of Reference.
• Ensure compliance with BMZ rules and regulations during fund disbursement.
