About the Role

The role involves managing all aspects of a large-scale international conference, from planning and venue selection to on-site execution and post‑event reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Plan venue selection and design, develop Gantt chart and detailed workplan
  • Coordinate registration processes and speaker logistics
  • Manage event security, transport, and accessibility requirements
  • Oversee printing of materials and interpreter services
  • Develop program agenda and facilitate session flow
  • Handle communication workflows with stakeholders and press coordination
  • Lead onsite execution and post‑event reporting
