About the Role

Responsible for leading the finance and administration department of CaFEC, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective budgeting, regulatory compliance, and robust internal controls while managing HR and payroll functions.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee finance and administration functions of CaFEC
  • Develop accurate financial reporting and ensure compliance with IFRS and Ethiopian regulations
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
  • Supervise internal control and risk management processes
  • Lead HR administration and payroll systems
