Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and software applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues
- Set up and configure new equipment and user accounts
- Log and track support requests using the school’s ticketing system

- Collaborate with the IT team on system upgrades and maintenance tasks
