The QC Chemist will conduct comprehensive analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products, ensuring compliance with cGMP standards through accurate testing, documentation, and continuous improvement of quality processes.
Responsibilities
- Analyze raw materials, water samples, in-process and finished products
- Perform stability sample analysis
- Prepare reagents and standard solutions
- Record analytical results and complete reports
- Calibrate instruments and maintain logs
- Maintain records of retention/control samples
- Revise SOPs and test procedures
- Participate in validation of analytical methods
- Manage laboratory inventory
- Report daily activities to supervisor
- Suggest quality system improvements
