A full‑time consultancy role with C.I.F.A. ETS to maintain accurate accounting records, reconcile financial data, prepare IPSAS‑compliant statements for FY2026, review donor compliance, and build internal capacity in Addis Ababa.
Responsibilities
- Review and post all project financial transactions into accounting software
- Reconcile bank statements, cash balances, receivables, payables, and other balance sheet accounts
- Prepare IPSAS‑compliant financial statements (Statement of Financial Position, Performance, Cash Flows, Changes in Net Assets, Trial Balance, General Ledger, Notes)
- Conduct IPSAS compliance reviews and produce reports
- Provide donor‑reporting support and ensure regulatory compliance
- Deliver training on IPSAS-based reporting to CIFA staff
