The Senior IT Officer will deliver second‑level technical support, maintain network and system infrastructure, and coordinate vendor services to ensure reliable IT operations for Bunna Bank.
Responsibilities
- Provide second‑level technical support for hardware, software, network and system issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT incidents within SLAs
- Support desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices and peripherals
- Install, configure and maintain operating systems and business applications
- Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN and internet connectivity
- Assist in server, Active Directory, email system and file‑sharing administration
- Ensure availability and performance of IT infrastructure components
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve infrastructure issues
- Assign and monitor support tasks for timely completion
- Recommend improvements to IT support processes
