Senior IAM Officer responsible for designing, implementing, and managing identity and access solutions across the bank, ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Architect, govern and maintain IAM solutions including directory services, SSO platforms, and MFA systems
- Own and govern access request, approval, provisioning and de-provisioning lifecycle across all bank systems
- Design and enforce role-based and attribute-based access control models
- Conduct periodic access reviews and segregation of duties assessments
- Lead implementation and management of Privileged Access Management (PAM) and related controls
- Investigate and resolve access-related security issues
- Ensure IAM controls meet NBE directives, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS standards
