Responsibilities
- Receive, verify and process cash payments and issue receipts
- Prepare daily cash collection reports and reconcile balances
- Maintain petty cash records and documentation
- Prepare payment vouchers and financial documents
- Handle correspondence, calls and emails
- Maintain filing systems for financial and administrative documents
- Schedule appointments, meetings and maintain office records
- Provide secretarial and cashier support during absences or peak workloads
- Assist in preparing periodic financial and administrative reports
