About the Role

The Relief Secretary Cashier provides administrative and cashier support, handling cash transactions, maintaining financial records, preparing reports, managing correspondence, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day office operations while offering relief to secretarial functions as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, verify and process cash payments and issue receipts
  • Prepare daily cash collection reports and reconcile balances
  • Maintain petty cash records and documentation
  • Prepare payment vouchers and financial documents
  • Handle correspondence, calls and emails
  • Maintain filing systems for financial and administrative documents
  • Schedule appointments, meetings and maintain office records
  • Provide secretarial and cashier support during absences or peak workloads
  • Assist in preparing periodic financial and administrative reports
  • Ensure confidentiality of company information
