- Plan, organize, and supervise daily cleaning and landscaping operations
- Lead, train, and monitor janitorial and operational staff
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Prepare work schedules and allocate staff efficiently
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and company standards are maintained
- Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and materials
