About the Role

Oversee daily cleaning and landscaping operations, leading staff, maintaining service quality, handling client concerns, and reporting on performance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily cleaning and landscaping operations
• Lead, train, and monitor janitorial and operational staff
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Prepare work schedules and allocate staff efficiently
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and company standards are maintained
• Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and materials
