About the Role

The role involves designing, implementing and managing a comprehensive Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning system for a climate‑resilient agricultural project in Oromia, Ethiopia, ensuring accurate data collection, quality assurance, and donor reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a robust MEL framework aligned with donor metrics
  • Develop and deploy data collection tools and digital entry forms
  • Lead baseline, midline and end-line surveys and manage field logistics
  • Ensure data quality through audits and verification processes
  • Create analytical dashboards, tables and narrative reports for donors
  • Provide performance feedback to field management teams
