The Project Field Coordinator will lead day‑to‑day implementation of climate‑smart agriculture and livelihood activities in selected districts, ensuring quality service delivery, community engagement, and alignment with government systems.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate frontline project activities at district level
- Support farmer groups, VESAs, cooperatives and vulnerable households
- Mobilize communities and facilitate linkages with local institutions
- Maintain relationships with government offices and OPDs
- Conduct field monitoring, document progress, report challenges
- Mentor local partners for sustainability
